Consultation

$80 non-refundable consultation deposit is required at the time of booking. The $80 deposit will be credited towards your procedure cost, if you choose to do so on the same day. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will lose $80 deposit and will require a new deposit to be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

Procedure Appointment

We require a $80 deposit to schedule and secure your procedure appointment. This deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking and will be applied towards your final balance at the time of the appointment. Please note that $80 is only a deposit for the appointment and that the procedure cost varies based on the procedure type and amount of product used. The actual cost of the procedure will be discussed and due at the time of the appointment after the provider’s initial evaluation.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A 24 hour reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. We encourage you to follow the instructions in your confirmation email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, please provide us with a medical letter and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.
